The IQrouter provides access to the system log in the configuration wizard and the administrative interface. To access the configuration wizard or administrative interface on your computer, open a browser window (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc) and type this address: iqrouter.menu.
This address will take you to the configuration wizard, or to the administrative interface once you have successfully completed the IQrouter configuration.
Once you log you will find a "System Log" link at the bottom of each screen .
Select the "System Log" link to display all log data found on the IQrouter. The log data returned should include:
- IQtest Error Log
- IQtest Log
- System Log
- Kernel Log
If you are having problems with your IQrouter you may be asked to submit the log data when you open a support ticket at email@example.com.
