How can I retrieve the system log from an IQrouter?

The IQrouter provides access to the system log in the configuration wizard and the administrative interface. To access the configuration wizard or administrative interface on your computer, open a browser window (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc) and type this address:

This address will take you to the configuration wizard, or to the administrative interface once you have successfully completed the IQrouter configuration.

Once you log you will find a "System Log" link at the bottom of each screen .

Select the "System Log" link to display all log data found on the IQrouter. The log data returned should include:

  • IQtest Error Log
  • IQtest Log
  • System Log
  • Kernel Log
